These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDF Reader and Editor (the “App”), provided by Trusted PDF Tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides tools to read, edit, and manage PDF documents, and may include document scanning functionality. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled, including permissions, analytics, advertising, and purchases. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To provide core features, the App may request access to device storage (to read/edit/save documents) and camera access (for scanning). You can manage permissions in your device settings; however, some features may not work correctly if permissions are disabled.

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob and other advertising partners. Ad networks may collect identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and interaction data in accordance with their own policies and your device settings.
The App may offer subscription plans and/or one-time in-app purchases. Payments are processed via Google Play Billing. We do not store payment method details. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal rules are shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.
The App and all related trademarks, logos, and content (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Trusted PDF Tools. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
